This app is a lot of fun and very accurate. One of the better apps - its accurate and the alerts are accurate as well!!! Way to go guys! I would like to request one thing. Im color blind and it would help if I could change some of the colors so they would be more usable by us defective types.

Excellent and very accurate for the rain forecast.

Very nice app. Im a runner and particularly like the feature of, time till it rains and when precip will end. Great for planning.

Well thought out UI. Efficient and unique. I wish I could give it a dark theme, though. Consider that an enhancement request. :-)

I get made fun of for buying a weather app. They all say their free apps are fine. Then I show them dark sky! They are sold.

Better than the iphone weather app

I got this app because it was supposed to tell me when its gonna start raining, exactly when any precipitation falls on my location, ahead of time. It worked! Its the most accurate of all the weather apps Ive tried over many years. Get it, youll be glad you did :)

The best thing about Dark Sky is the ease and usability of the app. Its so easy to get my daily and weekly forecast! While the forecast isnt perfect (what forecast really is?), it is accurate enough for me to effectively plan my daily and weekly activities. This app has been worth every penny.

This is a hyper-focal weather reporting app that tells you (with impressive accuracy) what the weather is now, and what it will most likely be in the near future. What really impressed me though, was the addition of a reporting system. If for any reason the weather on your screen doesnt match the weather overhead, you can give dark sky a real time weather update, and they use that data to fine tune their predictive analytics.

Last night we had some storms coming in and I couldnt find one that would let me know anything about the future such as an estimated time. Thankfully I looked up "what is the best weather app for an Apple IPhone and although it did cost $3.99, it was well worth it to me. Also it let me know that it would soon stop raining in my area so we could go to bed worry free. The first day/night Ive had it Im very pleased. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app really does a good job at summarizing what I need - whats coming and packages data well. Like the UI and it shows what I need. If I want more details, there are other apps for that.

I have been using this app for quite a while (several years) and really like it. The accuracy seems to vary depending on where I am. In MN it was rock solid, in NC it sometimes confused high humidity with drizzle. Out in CA, it seems accurate though somewhat delayed. I suspect this is mostly due to the information sources more than the app.

The interface of this app is nice and clean. However, the predictions are not accurate about 75% of the time. Save your money and get Accuweather instead.

Love this app. Its clean and useful with a simple, yet intuitive, UI. Its the only weather app I used.

Saw a reference to this APP in the Wall Street Journal and thought Id give it a try. Its OK but not sure why people rate it so high as its not that feature rich - especially not at a $3.99 price tag. Again, its OK - but again I dont see why its rated so highly. My free weather apps (Weatherbug, Weather Channel) are annoying with all the ads but the information is better presented.

I’ve told so many people about this. At the first sign of a grey sky - it’s the first App I open!

Ive had other weather apps, but Dark Sky is my favorite. I find it very easy to use: adding new locations for travel, swiping to see a weeklong forecast, receiving notifications about drizzle, rain, and when those have stopped. It works for me! Well worth a try.

I work highway construction and DarkSky is the only weather app I use. Ive used all the others in the past but DS beats them all. There are times well have a lane shut down and Ill get an alert saying rain beginning in 30 min. Well open the lane up and sure enough a few minutes later it starts to rain. Cant beat this app.
