Does not notify me before rain.

"Rain starting soon" doesnt help me. Used to give me minutes.

Says it will notify you 30 before rain starts. It never does that. Instead I get a notification 30 min after the rain starts. It tell me "rain will stop in 12 min" how about you tell me before the rain starts.
